Exclusively Yours guarantees all its products and services.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund when the product is returned to us in new condition, along with the original packaging, provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase.

If you wold like to exchange an item for a different size we can help you with that and we suggest you get in contact via email or the website so we can help you with the sizing.  We are always happy to help, and we have horses too, and know that they come in all shapes and sizes.

If an item has a manufacturing fault when you receive it, please return it to us within 30 days and it will be replaced. If stitching comes undone, due to normal use, please return the item to us for repair or replacement.  If you are concerned about any wear and tear to an item that you feel is outside of acceptable for its intended use, then please get in contact with us straight away at exclusivelyyours2016@gmail.com and we will fix the problem.  If any item is returned under the above conditions, and we can repair it as new we will, and if not, we will replace with a new item.

We will not repair or replace any item damaged by accident or while in use outside of 'normal' use.
